Sales Executive – Project Sales

We are one of the fast growing, reputable hi end retail furniture company in UAE. We are currently looking for Sales Executive – Project Sales to help expand and support our business.
With strong product lines and international brands with supportive and motivating management we are looking for right candidate to develop and earn significant commissions in this expanding operation.
The Sales Executive – Project Sales will be responsible to develop in identifying project orders and prepare to quote them and clinch the orders with strong follow up skills. He should have knowledge about commercial interiors and design solutions preferably with existing clients in hand and have talent to bring new clients and build long-term relationships. The critical purpose of the role is to identify new projects in residential villas/apartments and commercial projects through consultants/interior designers/architects and meet direct clients and increase revenues.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and Sales opportunities to meet the company's Business and growth plans and meet sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are attended to.
Establishing market penetration in Commercial/Residential Interiors market in the UAE and, generating opportunities through contacts, networking, and associations and in coordination with the Management
Identifying and winning projects, developing personal rapport with key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender and enquiries in coordination with the Management
Suggest clients and propose alternative products and provide solutions to ensure that client demands are met.
To assist retail customer enquiries in the absence of retail staff and increase sales.
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts while handling complex negotiations with senior-level executives in coordination with management to finalize.
Prepare daily visit plans and keep tracking of the clients met and make follow up report with status updates


The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 to 3 years fit-out interior project sales experience, preferably in any construction material sales field. But priority for the staff who has sales experience in Interior Fit outs and Projects.
Proven record of accomplishment within the interiors industry and experienced in dealing with clients is preferable
Ideally, the individual should have knowledge to understand 2D plans and measurements along MS Office skills with excellent sales knowledge.
Experience in networking or Contacts among the real estate development, Design Consultants, construction and design/architecture community in UAE based clients is a real plus.
At least 2 to 3 year experience in the UAE and a strong understanding of the UAE market with proven success in a competitive sales environment.
Must have own car with Valid Driving License.
Extrovert Male Aged below 30 years
